As the month comes to an end...

I have complete 50,000 (and then some) words in one month.

Ah, the things I have neglected in the name of this accomplishment - they await me now at this victory. December starts tomorrow and I now have two completed novels to my name - even if they both suck and need editing. I definitely think I'll be doing this again next year.

Maybe now I can do something else - see the light of day, perhaps?

Just briefly, though, to tell you that if you are interested in supporting the anti-Prop 8 forces that you can come down to Federal Plaza on Saturday at 12:30pm. Who knows how much it will actually do, but at least we're gathering with like-minded souls to show that we're as pissed off as those in California are and have a right to be. And for those of my readers/friends/acquaintances not residing in Chicago, you can go here and find protests, etc. in your neck of the woods.

Ok, now I'm back to being a semi-hermit. ;)

I meant to be better about this...

When I say "this," I am referring to posting. But now it's November (and finally, it looks like it's going to stay cold - though I suppose there could still be a few warmer days ahead) and I have work, the Y, therapy and my Nanowrimo book to work on. Once this month is over, perhaps I can manage more than a five sentence blog. So much has been going on and me, I talk no one. It will be nice to get back to blogging. So see you in December. Unless I change my mind and briefly post something before then. :)
